If half of these NTS’s become foreclosures (very optimistic), that would be an increase of not quite 500 units for King County. Add that over 5 months to what we’ve now got, and you will assume inventory of about 5500 in January. Of course, Tim’s charts show inventory usually shrinks about 1500 units over that calendar period, so maybe what you will have is inventory of about 4,000. Woo hoo. I’m not sure exactly why but this website is loading very slow for me. Is anyone else having this problem or is it a problem on my end? I’ll check back later and see if the problem still exists.

J’avoues que l’étude est un peu out of budget pour ma petite structure naissante. Est-ce qu’un généreux membre de l’iab qui pourrait partager quelques infos pour le paysage mobile belge?Thx

I did a browser search for “sucks” on Harley’s page cited above but did not find it.  His post criticizes Sean and Wayne, but does not give a link to this site. That will raise more questions than it answers, and actually encourage the 30BAD members to seek out this site via web search. (The thread on 30BAD is closed to comments making it an official pronouncement from Dear Leader Harley.) They will wonder what the fuss is about, come here, and the end result:  Harley will lose even more followers.

You are over-worrying. The research is being done to count the number of people looking at the displays, and perhaps even gender counting. But that is about it. Don’t think they are trying to serve you personalized ads just yet…this type of data just provides better articulation on who is even looking at digital ads. Smart’en up. Its is people like you who cause people to worry in the first place..
