Well, I can’t speak for RCS’ personal reasoning. No inside info there. But I’ve bumped into a fair number of people who see strong exegetical evidence for 24-hour days, but also strong exegetical evidence in the words of the text for some sort of gap after Gen 1:1, or a restricted geographical view of Gen 1:2ff, or large gaps in the genealogies. All of those views present their own problems, but I’m not sure the problems are so great that it’s wise for anyone to make the YE part of YEC a hill to die on. Or to shoot non-YEs (who believe in ex nihilo creation after their kinds) from.

I would love to win because I had been doing CD for my first 3 kids but then gave up because my diapers just wouldn’t work anymore. They smelled and leaked and I was SO frustrated. I would love to give it another try, especially with a different kind of diaper than we used.

Thanks for the input all.We designate two hitters and one pitcher as keepers for the following year. I was probably planning to keep Fielder, Wieters, and either Johan or Billingsley. The only other rostered guys I’d consider “keepable” are Reyes (lost season this year) and either Bruce or (maybe) Votto.

Hiya Marian,This is a fun post. Outlining is hard work, and so is sticking to one. The most important thing to me seems to be knowing how you want the story to end. Then you can take any number of roads to get there.

You are out-smarting yourself.Just make three columns. Don’t mess with the formatting of the pictures when you do… the first one will take full width, be huge, and not what you want (though, if the aspect is off, it will shrink and look like it’s floating in the middle).Then, the second one (which will by default be 50/50) will split it. Then add a third.Then, jimmy with the width dividers. Don’t muck with float or anything like that.

We enjoy the Atlantis in Reno, because the skywalk, where they serve seafood, is non-smoking, and most of their penny slots are up there. Double pleasure. We’ve never been to Laughlin and would like to go, but it’s impossible to tell from the ads if there are specified non-smoking areas (large ones), if they are really separate from the smoking areas, and what the denominations of the slots are..

I have been imaging the sun with a 40mm PST and a Philips webcam for a few years. I recently purchased a DMK 41 and really like the improvement in the disk features. I usually add color. However, adding color to the prominences has not been that successful. A large prominence captured with the webcam turns out better.Can you elaborate on how I should be adding color to prominences?Thanks, Ron
